Well, I can only comment on personal experience.  We have 27 satellites on a
WPBASE+ all set at 768/768 and it is working just fine, no complaints.  On
AP1000, it was breathing pretty hard, though. By the logic in that message,
we would have maxed out at 8 satellites..
