I would go with a 5 GHz solution from Trango Broadband. One AP handles
500 subscribers, using a 60 degree sector antenna. So depending on
your coverage area, you might need a couple Ap's, or up to 6 for the
full 360 dgrees. Uses 6 non-overlapping channels for 5.7-5.8(6 miles
radius) and 5 for 5.2-5.3 GHZ(2 mile radius). Full 10 Mbps throughtput.

I have a client that wants an ISP Wireless Solution, for a location of
150,000 habitants, for 500 wireless clients, and he wants I promisse him
that this can be viable..
The first proyect that I developed, was with AP1000 and Karlnet sofware
(Bases and Satellites).. can this amount of clients wireless be reached
with a solution like this..? or I shoud reconsider the proyect with
other devices
(ej: Tsunami MP or Tsunami 20-60)..?
I hear all suggestions..?
