What is the breakdown of feature differences? (I bet this has been discussed
before, but I will ask anyway)

The KN-50 is just a simple client. List price for a COMPLETE unit
inside a flat panel antenna with PoE and software is $295. I see CW
Labs posted earlier that they will have a version for $250.

If you need full features, you should stick with the KN-100.

I was wishing that we could get higher processor boards, not lower. If
the KN50 board can barely support the current feature set, what happens
next year when Karlnet comes out with more features?

The KN-50 is based on the Ubicom processor- not as fast as the KN-100
and cannot accommodate as many features. The current KN-50 software
only does bridging and TurboCell- no NAT/DHCP. We are working on TRYING
to get those features in, but it may not be feasible.

Then what is the main difference between the boards?

the KN-50 has an outdoor spec. Look at the PDF on Karlnet's website.

At least that is what they are claiming. ;)
