1) With the changes that have been made to CPU & Memory speeds, is it still 
necessary to use a fan for cooling?
2) What are the new specifications for maximum ambient thermal enviroment & 
humidity?
3) Are testing procedures & testing results on the new units available to the 
public or available at all?
