It saddens me a great deal to report that Bill Fisher
passed away on Sunday 4-Apr-2004.
Bill hosted and ran this email list and many others.
He was also the person who setup and ran the
web site http://www.wispnotes.com/
There are two memorial services that I know of
for Bill Fisher.
One is today in Moline, Illinois.
