I do believe this is due to the way the TurboCell code works.

Well that must be only limited to KN because I have an Atheros AP
talking to Intersil in 11g mode.

What I have from an email with a Karlnet engineer is the following:
What that means is that in a kbridge unit when you select "802.11b or
802.11g" mode with an Atheros radio,
it won't talk to legacy 802.11b Agere or Intersil radios.
So you cannot mix Atheros radio with any other radio in an ISP network.
Atheros radios will only talk with Atheros radios.

Is it possible to use the 5004chipset (which does a/b/g) and set it to B
mode to support those clients?
Also is that limited to just "agere" or does that include prism clients
as well
