I know exactly what you're talking about, I've experienced this problem several
times in the past. I haven't noticed it since our upgrade from 4.31 to 4.44 -
we're using 4.45 right now. I'm not saying that it doesn't happen with these
later firmware versions, I just haven't seen it happen since the upgrade so
maybe it's finally fixed.
