Sorry, but we HAVE to have the unit here to flash it to turbocell. It requires a small change to the hardware. This works on the NL-2611CB3 PLUS (DELUXE) version. We are currently setting up with an exporter for sales outside the US and Canada. However, there is no reason that units that you already own could not be shipped to us for this upgrade...
