[na-user] Missing Key Strokes

I have talked to Dave (K8CC) about this problem.  I thought I was
going crazy in IARU with the missing keys.  I through away a keyboard
that I thought was bad because of it.  :) Oh well... Dave is looking
in to the problem now.
