NEW NA RELEASE 10.56 NOW AVAILABLE
Includes support for the New England QSO Party
A new version of the NA contest logging program is now available
from the Radio Bookstore or the DATOM Engineering web site at
http://www.datomonline.com.
Version 10.56 is primarily for bug fixes and a few small enhancements.
10.56 also provides support for the New England QSO Party.
Amateurs who are not registered users can try the updated version of
NADEMO, which has NEQP support through most of the regular NA features
except for external connectivity for such things as keying, RS-232 radio
control and packet.
Version 10.56 has the following fixes:
* Revised colors in the ANNOUNCE WINDOW to improve readability: mults are
now WHITE, non-mult new QSOs are BLUE, and dupes are BLACK.
* In WPX, the F10 window now shows beam heading and sun data for prefixes
which have not yet been worked.
* VA QSO Party files updated (tnx WX3M).
* Corrected January VHF SS contest template to report Cabrillo contest
name as ARRL-VHF-JAN.
* Corrected template file problems with no country file selected and
released TE version 1.14 for same reason (tnx WX3M).
* First few digits of category on printed summary sheet were truncated.
* Added formatting support necessary for NEQP (another reason for TE 1.14).
* Corrected several multiplier abbreviations for FL QSO Party (tnx N4CW).
* IARU HF received field is now six digit wide (allowing for longer HQ
abbreviations).
