There has been little or no interest in WAE support in NA over the 
years.  WAE is not a major focus out here in the midwest, so I'm not 
familiar with the rules.  If the rules aren't too strange, I suppose a 
Contest Rules Template could be created.  However, I would think that QTC 
support would be necessary.  Don't even ask...
