[NA-User] Still more LPT for CW and external voice keyer

I've got the LPT challenge narrowed down to the computer.  I'm using a 
Windows 98 Startup Menu to "dual boot".  To narrow it down, I pulled a 
dinosaur out of the closet with MS-DOS 6.22, and my LPT CW / DVK stuff all 
works perfectly.

It would appear at this point that I've got to figure out a way to run a 
pure DOS on the PC, while retaining the ability to run Win 98 on demand for 
PSK software.
