Unless Dave has one on his computer there is not one available....that I can
find. However, I think it would be possible to create the proper template.
I may take a look at the specifics of the contest and see if I can create
one.
Try running TE and enter AllAsia as the file to open. Since it does not
exist it should be possible to create a new template by selecting what is
offered in the options within the template. Once completed it would be
called allasia.crt.
Again, I have not tried this but it seems logical.
