[Orion] Orion and 87A handshake

Will someone who uses an Oriona and an Alpha 87a please send me your 
handshake protocols for setting up the Orion for full qsk.  With the 
pair at my statioin, a 20% t/r delay setting in the Orion causes a #1 
soft fault on the 87A.  A 0% t/r delay does not cause the 87A to fault.
