Looking at the LiveX 24 hour map the Es spawned by the severe thunderstorms
in the eastern Gulf Of Mexico yesterday evening traveled WNW and created the
opening that I predicted. http://propnet.findu.com/catch.cgi?hours=24 .

.....We had a nice Es opening along the east coast late Thursday afternoon
04/21/05. It occurred to the right of a couple of expansive thunderstorm
complexes that probably produced the Es via Sprites/Elves and/or wind shear
created by internal buoyancy/gravity waves (IBGW's) and traveling ionosphere
disturbances (TID's).
Since then the stateside openings via Es have been nil to very flew which
coincides with no large scale severe thunderstorm cell groupings. During the
next 24-48 hours we should see another severe thunderstorm outbreak in the
lower Mississippi Valley, the Deep South and Mid Atlantic regions. If these
storms reach the necessary intensity then we should see a new round of more
organized Es activity.....
