Come join in with other digital modes, now. FT8 is nice to get wallpaper and fill up a log book but it sorely lacks in a way to make true community by way of meaningful dialog over the air. That is where a mode like Olivia comes in: this keyboard-to-keyboard chat mode is very good at overcoming propagation issues. If you want to know more about using Olivia, check out this link: .. And, we have a group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/olivia.hf Or, if you prefer a mailing list: https://groups.io/g/olivia 73 de NW7US Propagationist at CQ Magazine, The Spectrum Monitor, and RadioUser UK Thank you, Tomas Hood (Amateur Radio, NW7US) “For me, great algorithms are the poetry of computation. Just like verse, they can be terse, allusive, dense, and even mysterious. But once unlocked, they cast a brilliant new light on some aspect of computing. ” — Francis Sullivan “An algorithm must be seen to be believed.” — Donald Knuth
