Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2018 Nov 03 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low due to a spotless solar disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low on 03-05 Nov.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels on 03-05 Nov and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: The solar wind environment reflected nominal conditions.

Forecast: Mid to late on 03 Nov, the onset of a CIR ahead of an anticipated positive polarity CH HSS is expected to cause enhancements in solar wind parameters. The enhancement in wind speed is expected to continue through 05 Nov.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to continue at quiet levels until mid to late on 03 Nov, when the onset of a CH HSS is expected to increase activity up to G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storm levels. Unsettled to active levels are likely on 04-05 Nov as CH HSS effects persist.
