Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2018 Nov 04 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. The solar disk was spotless and no Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 04-06 Nov.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at steady background levels throughout the period.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal levels on 04 Nov with high levels likely on 05-06 Nov. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters reflected a nominal solar wind regime.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to be enhanced on 04-06 Nov due to the influence of a positive polarity CH HSS.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to reach active levels on 04-06 Nov due to the influence of a positive polarity CH HSS.
