Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Sep 24 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low under a spotless visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to persist at very low levels on 24-26 Sep.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels 24-26 Sep and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters reflected near background conditions. Solar winds averaged near 320 km/s throughout the period, total field strength ranged from 1 to 7 nT, and the Bz component observed a maximum southward deflection to -6 nT. Phi angle was in a negative orientation until just after 24/0200 UTC when it moved into a positive sector.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to remain near background levels for 24 Sep. A weak glancing blow from the 19 Sep CME remains possible on 25 Sep, possibly producing weak enhancements in the solar wind environment. Conditions are expected to begin subsiding on 26 Sep.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be primarily quiet to unsettled, with isolated active periods likely on 24-25 Sep in response to minor effects of the CH HSS and the weak glancing blow CME. Mostly quiet to unsettled conditions are expected on 26 Sep as CH HSS influences subside.
