Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 04 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2751 decayed to plage. No CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 04-06 Nov.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels this period with a peak flux of 2,930 pfu observed at 03/1755 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high levels on 04-05 Nov, with normal to moderate levels likely on 06 Nov. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters, as measured by the ACE spacecraft, reflected a mostly nominal solar wind environment. Bt dropped below 5 nT after 03/0241 UTC and remained below for the duration of the reporting period. Solar wind speeds were between 300-330 km/s. Phi was predominantly oriented in the negative sector. Forecast: Background conditions are expected on 04 Nov. A minor solar wind disturbance is likely on 05-06 Nov due to effects associated with a solar sector boundary crossing.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: Mostly quiet conditions are expected on 04 Nov. Quiet to unsettled conditions are likely on 05 Nov, with active levels possible on 06 Nov, in response to an anticipated solar sector boundary crossing.
