Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 05 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low and the visible disk remained spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected to continue 05-07 Nov.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels with a maximum flux of 2,390 pfu at 04/1800 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux maintained background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high levels on 05 Nov and be at moderate to high levels on 06-07 Nov. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a mildly enhanced state. Total IMF strength averaged about 5 to 6 nT, but was variable with a maximum level of 9 nT at 04/1316 UTC. The Bz component underwent mainly weak deviations. Solar wind speed was primarily 350-400 km/s until later in the period when it increased to 400-450 km/s. The phi angle was predominantly positive.
Forecast: The solar wind environment is expected to be near ambient-background conditions 05-07 Nov, with a few minor enhancements and disturbances possible due to HCS proximity.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be quiet to unsettled 05-07 Nov.
