Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 10 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low this period. No active regions with sunspots or Earth directed CMEs were observed.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 10-12 Nov.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to moderate levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be normal to moderate on 10-11 Nov, with high levels possible on 12 Nov. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at background levels this period under a nominal solar wind regime. An anticipated SSBC, from a positive to a negative orientation, occurred at about 10/0800 UTC.
Forecast: An enhancement in the near-Earth solar wind environment is expected over 10-12 Nov due to the influence of a negative polarity CH HSS.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet this period under a nominal solar wind regime.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is likely to reach active levels intermittently on 10-11 Nov due to the influence of a negative polarity CH HSS. Quiet to unsettled conditions are expected on 12 Nov as CH HSS influence begins to wane.
