Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 29 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low with no sunspots present on the visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available chronograph imagery.
Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected on 29-30 Nov and 01 Dec.
Energetic Particles
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels, with a peak flux of 1,240 pfu observed at 28/1840 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux continued at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to remain at moderate to high levels on 29-30 Nov decreasing to normal to moderate levels on 01 Dec. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of nominal conditions. Total field values ranged from 2-6 nT while the Bz component varied between +/- 6 nT. Solar wind speeds underwent a slight increase from ~330 km/s to ~360 km/s. The phi angle was predominantly in a negative solar sector, but did undertake brief excursions into a positive orientation.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to be at mostly nominal levels for 29-30 Nov and 01 Dec.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to remain at mostly quiet levels for 29-30 Nov and 01 Dec.
