Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Feb 12 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low and the visible disk remained spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low 12-14 Feb.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux maintained background values.
Forecast: High levels of the greater than 2 MeV electron flux are briefly expected 12-14 Feb due to residual CH HSS effects. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of waning CH HSS influences and an unsteady return towards an ambient, background state. Total IMF strength ranged primarily from 2 to 6 nT and the Bz component underwent mainly weak deviations. Solar wind speed was variable and ranged primarily from 350-425 km/s. The phi angle was positive until about 11/2000 UTC, when it turned negative and became variable afterwards - likely due to solar sector boundary proximity.
Forecast: A primarily slow solar wind regime is anticipated 12-14 Feb.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet 12-14 Feb.
