Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2022 Jul 26 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was at very low levels. Seven sunspot groups were present on the visible disk. Region 3065 (S19W46, Cro/beta) was the most interesting, but changed little and was inactive. Region 3066 (S16E09, Cro/beta) emerged earlier in the day, but its growth stalled. All other regions were either stable or in decay. Region 3067 (N20E75) was numbered on the NE limb and contributed B-class activity.
No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is likely to be low 26-28 Jul.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal to moderate levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux maintained background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be moderate to high 26 Jul, with a return to mainly moderate levels 27-28 Jul. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at nominal values. Suspect data was observed by the DSCOVR satellite from ~26/0237-0756 UTC. Total IMF strength was primarily 5-6 nT, while the Bz component underwent mainly weak deviations. Solar wind speed was steady at ~425 km/s. The phi angle was predominantly negative.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to be at nominal levels on 26-28 Jul.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field reached active levels due to a period of southward Bz.
Forecast: Predominantly quiet conditions are expected on 26-28 Jul.
