Actually, #4 AWG would be better if the run is over 8' long and #2
if over 16' long. And that's either bare OR w/green insulation. Solid or
stranded is OK.
Be sure to use copper rated connectors to avoid dissimilar metal
problems. The reason for the large conductor is more than just for RF
ground. It's also a safety ground as well.
