[RFI] Disconnecting from Internet?

Not sure what's the output voltage of the cube power 
supply for the modem, but as a test if you have a good 
quality power supply available that may match the output 
voltage try powering up the modem with it and see if the 
problems clear. The phone line can be an easy access for 
RF but equally easy for ingress is a poorly designed 
cheapo power cube.
