Seems to me this BPL threatens National Security i.e. Critical
Infrastructure. Folks, might want to contact their local Red Cross (who
use HF extensively during emergencies), the local police and fire depts
that rely on amateur radio for back-up communications of their Emergency
Operations Centers and Mobile Command Vehicles, The US Coast Guard along
with other military forces all utilize HF spectrum for communications
and should be interested in any technology that may produce significant RFI.

p.s. I sent a note regarding the obvious concerns to my contact at Home
Land Security...others should do the same. It's not just Amateur Radio
that is threatened by BPL. Local, County, State and National security
may also be in jeopardy!
