Just discovered a signal on 145.250 that seems to be all over my
neighborhood so I
am suspecting it is leakage from Cable TV.
Do I have any recourse? What is the best way to get this leakage fixed.
Do I call the cable companyt and complain or do I have to notify the FCC
I can tolerate at my house but at my dad's QTH it is very annoying
when the 145.220 repeator goes quite as it is strong enough to break a
completely
closed squelch
