There is an interesting table in the FCC's own documents, which says that
the number of zip codes unserved by broad-band internet dropped from 40
percent in December 1999 to only 9 percent in June 2003. Fully 57 percent
of zip codes have at least 3 providers -- WHAT lack of competition?
