Wow. Now I see why so many people absolutely hate the league. Too much
politicking and bureaucracy for the individualistic tastes of those
particular hams.
In any case, the league's web site is certainly hard to navigate and
does seem to lack the information I was searching for regarding BPL.
Perhaps if you published the locations of the trials and expected hams
to be adults rather than children, we wouldn't think you were being more
of a hindrance than a help.

I appreciate the offer, but your word choices in your exchange with me show me that, as a minimum, you and I will not be able to work well together. As a maximum, it shows that you may not be capable of stating things in an "effective" manner.
I agree that the web site can use some work, and ARRL is working towards getting more of its pages done by outside volunteers, but I will see if I can find someone else who has a more positive outlook.
