Michael,

What I know is like antenna gain every db counts and I presume the same 
is true for charing amps.  So, when the braking system is generating 
charging current for the battery pack every microamp that is used for 
accessories is power that can't be used to charge those battery packs, haha.

I expect the Ford document contains a typo or was a draft document for 
the prototype and that the restriction language should never have made 
it to the production model user manual.

I'm pretty sure we'll find out in a few days.
