I encourage everyone to augment Ed's rebuttal - they clearly cropped his
comments so sharply that they lost much of the impact they should have had. If
you go to NPR.ORG there is a very accessible e-mail form. Be polite, avoid
jargon, but let's let them hear what a bad job they did.
