Is it only when using the satellite?  Bring up the channel directory or
satellite signal test screen or something else generated in the box and see
if that moves when you key up, that would take the lna out of the loop.
More likely is rf getting into the video circuit due to poor pin 1
connection or a ground loop between the decoder and tv.
