Dave,
Try disconnecting each cabled component that's connected to the PC one at a
time testing each time to see which cable is the RFI receiving antenna.
Sometimes it the power cable sometimes the mouse......
This should limit you work a bit. Once the component is found, apply the
filter as close to the PC as possible.
