This sounds like common mode on the 12V lead, getting into the system 
via "pin 1-like" issues in the susceptible equipment.  If that's a good 
guess, I'd put a multi-turn ferrite choke on that power lead to kill the 
RF current.  Something on the order of 5 turns through a 1-inch long #43 
would be a good start.
