I have 28 of the Enphase inverters model m190-72-240 and they are perfectly
quiet.

The plc they use is relatively low speed bursts at 144khz, I couldn't find
any interference from that anywhere either. They use it to collect the data
from the inverters back to their base unit. The base unit must be plugged
into your internet router to make use of the web monitoring features.
