Ford is known for noisy fuel pumps. What year is the truck? Ford has a
filter that they can install in the fuel pump. I had it done but
honestly could not tell any difference. My truck is a 2002.
You mentioned one of the batteries so I bet you have a diesel. N0KV has
a Ford Diesel you might contact him.
I know the bonding between the bed and the cab and the chassis are all
suspect too. I have never had any problems with RF with truck.
