With all due respect, David, a sample of one (or even a few) is hardly
justification for saying that a an entire manufacturer's product line is
free of RFI. Indeed, many product lines that have been free of problems
in the past are becoming nasty interference generators when variable
speed drive motors are incorporated in the design. Sadly, this is
becoming increasingly common in the name of energy efficiency. One
needs to look no further than a post by Mel Crichton about his Samsung
refrigerator.

It would be far more useful to know exactly the model number and vintage
of the unit that you find problem-free.
