Ron,
If you have only one RFI source you might consider nulling it with
either a Timewave or MFJ device that employs a sense antenna. They use
phase and amplitude to cancel the offending signal. You might also
build a receiving loop. You can get a large null with that.

the regulations for causing interference to licensed services in
exchange
for using our time, money and resources to build filters for pot
farms and
drug dealers?
