One thing's for sure, if the FCC receives no RFI reports and the ARRL receives
no RFI reports, nothing will be done because there is no RFI problem reported.
FCC probably will not respond to an issue with very few complaints. They may
if they see a complaint trend or if the ARRL can provide a large number of
reports against a specific model & brand.
The federal "beast" is slow to move, but does respond when gently nudged a
little bit.

Logging in with my 2-cents worth....Noisy stuff like that shouldn't be
