Potential civil actions may not be a big risk, but growing marijuana
is still a federal crime. Not sure I'd like to have items with my
name on them found in a DEA raid, especially if those items told the
target of the raid how to make his operation easier to hide. "Aiding
and abetting" I think is the term they use on all those cop shows.
*So far* the DoJ is taking a go-slow approach to things in the states
with state-legal marijuana. That could change, in either direction,
at any time.
