[RFI] RFI question

Can someone suggest a company or person who would be able to service a 
neon light at a local pharmacy which is causing MAJOR interference?

The venue would be Moscow, Idaho. Lewiston, Idaho is nearby, as is Coeur 
d'Alene, Idaho and Spokane, WA.
