[RFI] Broadband Noise 14310-350

Right now I've got a strange broadband noise
from 14310-350 kHz .

It seems to peak NNW from the QTH here
in Huntsville, Alabama.

Its very strong and unlike any noise I've heard
before.

I'm just trying to determine if its local.
Anyone else hearing it?
