I don't normally respond to the digest but there is only one message.

I do not know right off hand what the manufacturer is/was. I looked at it
closely once and looked it up on the internet.

The system was installed a couple years ahead of mine which was installed
just about one year ago.

>From what I could tell, the system did use very different technology from
the SolarEdge. I believe it used microinverters where the panel generated
DC is converted to AC at each panel where SolarEdge sends DC from each panel
through its power optimizer (SMPS) to the main inverter which then converts
to AC.

Also from what I could tell, it might not have been offered for sale
currently.

The next time I am out walking around, I will stop and chat with the
neighbor and take another look at the system.

And report back.

In response to the question from Randy, WX5L, about RFI in the HF range from
K1TL's neighbor's systems:

I live nearby and have helped Tom investigate numerous RFI problems for
several years.

I have a neighbor who also has a solar array system of the same size but it
is NOT based on SolarEdge hardware.? This system is almost undetectable
here.?
