That book was written and published by Marvin Loftness KB7 KK.
He wrote that book and it sold for 24.95 and later sold for 29.95.
Marv was my mentor / Elmer and business partner and associate in many projects.
Marv wrote several books and papers and I must say I'm sure he forgot more than
I'll ever know. That book is sought after by many people. Every RFI workshop I
do, about 15 a year, includes a couple of people looking for that book. Amazon
will show one or two copies for sale but neither are available and probably
will never be. You can find it through marketplace and various other places
that sell used things. I have seen it go for $100 easily and I think the last
time I saw it on Amazon was $100. I have a couple of autograph copies that was
presented to me for assisting Marv. I wouldn't take a million dollars for them.
The ARRL has the rights to the book but has no plans to put it back in print.
This as of about a year or two ago when I inquired. Maybe with a little
pressure we could convince them to put it back on the shelf. This is a very
good book. There were three editions.
I have no problems telling people in my workshop that if it weren't for Marv I
would not have been in the RFI business.

Gee I have that book. I'm pretty sure I didn't pay that much.
