Did not think, or mean to imply you were telling folks to go off and
download it if available, just pointing out that when I have seen this
sort of thing, (books dropping off the planet), in the past, it a goodly
number of times there has been some sort of copyright fight in play. If
the ARRL owns the IP, then there is no reason it should not be available
at this point.

I read all the ARRL published magazines online however to this date the ARRL
has not published or released any of their book releases on something like the
Kindle format. I am sure that this will happen in good time.
I am not advocating breaching stake holders IP or breaching their copyright
publishing rights. It just would be very convenient just to buy many of these out of
print titles of the past on Kindle like is now happening on Amazon.
