[RTTY] slow down, your way too fast

Hummm sounds like the words in a song from the 60's or thereabouts...
However, from time-to-time the question pops up about slowing a machine down
so that some older programs will run correctly on these new fangled
confusers.  I have managed to collect 3 different programs that do this..
They are MoSlo by David Perrell,   Bremeze by Ansis Berzins and SlowDown by
Bret Johnson.     If anyone would like a copy of any or all of these, let me
know.
