Yes, FR are almost always worked on the West Coast about 1300Z and Long Path, Skewed path. There is also another opening here at 0000Z over the pole when absorbtion is down. I would suspect with these number 250 plus that at 0200Z there sunrise we would have an opening as well on 20. That path is often here into deep South Asia, Middle East, Indian Ocean. |
