[RTTY] TARA RTTY Sprint buffers

I've added examples of my TARA RTTY Sprint buffers for
WriteLog on the AA5AU WriteLog website:

The TARA RTTY Sprint on December 1 & 2 is an 8 hour mini-version
of the ARRL RTTY Roundup that occurs the first weekend in January
except it is RTTY only (no PSK).

It's a great time to "tune-up" for the Roundup and has plenty of activity.
